Human Resources Coordinator

Position Summary:  

  •  Be responsible for the co-ordination of the HR activities, programs and initiatives 

  • Reinforce our commitment to associate’s wellbeing by assisting with the onboarding of associates and prepare employment contracts 

  • Assist with all areas of recruitment whilst following Marriott’s talent acquisition requirements 

  • Design and update the display and content of employee communication bulletin boards (e.g. employee activation, regarding employment, recruitment, transfers, and promotions)

  • Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience 

  • Complete all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with your Human Resources Team 

  • Support the team with TakeCare events and activities for associates, creating a people-first environment and enhancing their overall wellbeing 

  • Complete Human Resources administration tasks and offer general support to the team
