Required Qualifications

Responsibilities
- The Lead Bartender will be responsible for additional training duties, as well as supporting the other associates with the daily tasks assigned.
- Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
- Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and do daily cleaning and side work.
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
- Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
- Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
- I.D all guests and monitor beverage consumption as to not overserve.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
