Job Description

Job Summary 

A detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Administrator to support the EMEA Marketing Organisation. This role will primarily focus on supporting the management of a large and complex marketing budget, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. 

Expected Contribution 

General 

  • Assist in the day-to-day administration of the marketing budget, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. 
  • Maintain accurate records of budget allocations, commitments, and actual spend. 
  • Prepare regular financial reports and summaries for the marketing leadership team. 
  • Support forecasting and budget planning activities. 
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely payment and compliance with financial processes. 
  • Assist with procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and managing approvals. 
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required. 
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in reporting and compliance with financial processes. 
  • Organizational Skills: Manages multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills; experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage. 
  • Communication: Clear and professional communication with internal teams and external vendors. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions. 
  • Team Collaboration: Works effectively within a team and supports colleagues as needed 
  • Knowledge of marketing processes and terminology is a plus.
