Role Overview:

Are you creative, strategic, and passionate about driving brand success? We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and help elevate our hotel’s presence in the market. In this role, you’ll support the Senior Marketing Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing in delivering impactful campaigns that boost revenue, enhance brand awareness, and create memorable guest experiences.

You’ll work with multiple departments - Sales, Revenue, F&B, and Operations - while collaborating with digital teams and agencies to ensure marketing plans are executed flawlessly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love turning ideas into results, this is your chance to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to increase RevPAR, market share, and F&B revenue.
• Assist in leveraging marketing programs at property and market levels to maximize ROI.
• Apply consumer insights to marketing plans 
• Help manage marketing budgets and optimise spend efficiency.
• Coordinate cooperative campaigns and ensure alignment with brand standards and voice.
• Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing, Digital (MDS), and external agencies for campaign execution.
• Ensure property programming fully utilises available tools and resources.

About You:

• Successful completion of Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related degree from an accredited university or 2 years’ experience in the marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred
• Previous experience in marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong customer service orientation essential; Takes initiative, anticipates needs
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to connect-the-dots, develop new ideas, approaches and solutions
• Creative marketing mind with eye for detail
• Self-motivated and able to work independently; a good team player; and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and collaborative
• Full working rights in Australia.

Preferred:

• Hospitality marketing or digital agency experience.
• Desire to grow professionally with ongoing education.
• F&B marketing experience a plus.
