• Cocktail Crafting: Design, develop, and execute classic and signature cocktails, ensuring consistency and high standards for taste and presentation.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with guests, understand preferences, recommend drinks, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and adhering to hygiene standards.
• Inventory & Stock: Monitor and manage stock levels for spirits, liqueurs, garnishes, and other bar essentials; prepare fresh garnishes.
• Menu Development: Contribute to seasonal menus, creating new recipes and specials to enhance offerings and drive sales.
• Staff Training: Train and mentor junior bartenders on techniques, recipes, and service standards.
• Compliance: Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. 

• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, mixology techniques, and flavor profiles; proficiency in drink preparation and presentation.
• Soft Skills: Creativity, excellent customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork.
• Experience: Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist.
