Role Summary 

As the Director of Finance – Multi Property, you will serve as the strategic financial business leader for both JW Marriott Marquis Dubai and Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites. You will be responsible for achieving financial goals across the cluster, developing and implementing property-wide strategies, and ensuring alignment with brand service standards. This role focuses on maximizing profitability, driving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional financial results. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead financial strategy across both properties 

• Champion and implement brand-aligned financial initiatives 

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting 

• Drive revenue growth and cost efficiency 

• Collaborate with ownership and key stakeholders 

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards 

• Support pre-opening and renovation projects 

• Guide and mentor cluster finance teams 

• Maintain strong relationships with government entities and high-profile clients 

• Execute business plans aligned with brand strategy 

 

Professional Skills 

• Experience with Marriott luxury brands, ideally JW Marriott 

• Proven success managing large hotel operations or multi-property clusters 

• Strong track record in revenue growth and profitability 

• Pre-opening or renovation project experience 

• Familiarity with high-end ownership structures and government relations 

• Previous multi-property DOF experience preferred 

 

Personal Skills 

• Highly organized and forward-thinking 

• Approachable and supportive leadership style 

• Skilled in diplomacy and high-level negotiations 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management 

• Passionate about finance, auditing, and results 

 

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting (4 years)

This is an on-site leadership role based in Dubai, UAE, overseeing two Marriott properties.
