Role Overview

As a Master Data Service Specialist at PepsiCo in Vitoria, Alava, you will play a pivotal role in the Sales and Master Data Department. This position supports the new Master Data maintenance and Internal Pricing Communication processes within the SAP PIRT environment for Iberia. With the Quantum implementation, you'll ensure flawless customer data management, pricing accuracy, and promotional visibility. Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management

Lead the creation and modification of customer records in SAP, including drivers, intercompany, sales routes, and hierarchies at the PepsiCo Iberia enterprise level. Execute SAP workflows to meet business needs, verifying data against strict requirements to prevent errors.

Internal Pricing and Promotions

Utilize the new internal pricing communication tool to align SAP records with customer agreements within deadlines, avoiding billing disruptions. Record promotional plans in SFA, providing field teams with essential details on themes, spaces, EEAA (Executive and Administrative Activities), and dates for accurate customer interactions and IBP demand estimation.

Process Optimization and Collaboration

Manage special requests through ServiceNow for mass or manual modifications, maintaining proactive communication with requesters and Key Account Managers. Prioritize tasks across the MDM team, collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Master Data, Control, and DMO departments. Identify improvement opportunities with Global Quality, DSO, and IT, test solutions, and support audits.
