Position Summary

Join our Munroe Falls, OH facility as a Material Handler I on the 3rd shift, earning $22.97/hr with disclosed salary range of $45,389 – $50,167 USD/year. Reporting to the Department Supervisor in our tube and core division, you'll drive forklifts, manage raw and finished goods, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexibility for overtime is essential, and excellent attendance is key to team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up forklifts for material movement.
• Distribute raw materials and finished goods to production workstations.
• Verify accuracy of tags, markings, and labels.
• Load/unload trucks and handle related paperwork.
• Maintain inventory, assist with monthly counts, and organize warehouse stock.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work area at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Proven forklift driving experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to read manufacturing instructions.
• Capacity to work independently and multitask in a quick-paced setting.
