The Material Handler - Night Shift position at Cardinal Health's Greenwood, SC location offers a stable career in warehouse operations within the healthcare industry. As a Material Handler, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain operations:
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates should have 1-2 years of related work experience in material handling, warehousing, or distribution. Prior experience operating stand-up forklifts and stand-up clamp lifts (1-2 years preferred) is highly valued, as these are primary tools in this role.
This position requires applying acquired knowledge to standard tasks, learning new methods quickly, and working under moderate supervision. You'll follow standard operating procedures, adhere to quality guidelines, and resolve routine problems. Maintain necessary licenses, training, and certifications. Complex issues are escalated to supervisors, with regular output reviews by leads. Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail are essential in our fast-paced healthcare environment.
