In Maximizing Existing Assets, apply standards to boost sales via infrastructure upgrades. Proactively spot improvement opportunities, resolve property issues with the Real Estate Portfolio Manager, and ensure physical plant resolutions.
Reinvestment duties include recommending designs, enforcing standards with Owner Operators, coordinating scopes/timings, and managing full construction cycles. For Site Development, prioritize opportunities with the Real Estate COE, execute development plans for ROI goals, enforce quality controls on costs/timings/designs, and align with US Restaurant Design for optimal layouts, zoning, signage, and capacity.
Daily, you'll monitor processes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time and under budget. This role demands strategic vision combined with tactical execution in commercial construction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed, bring 7+ years in commercial construction, ideally restaurants/retail.
