Lead the end-to-end solution readiness process: Review solutions, identify defects, resolve issues, and deploy seamlessly within McDonald's ecosystem. Provide technical leadership to adoption squads, ensuring alignment with architecture, quality, and security standards. Balance global scalability with local flexibility for markets like Sydney and Paris.
Daily collaboration is core: Partner with Core Engineering, PMO, and Release Managers. Enforce tech standards for standardization, oversee testing coverage, and implement observability to cut technical debt. Your work directly enhances customer experiences, from app reliability to order accuracy.
Senior candidates need 5+ years in solution readiness or technical program management. Expertise in Agile, software architecture, defect management, and cross-functional teamwork is essential. Proficiency in quality assurance, security compliance, and scalable deployments sets top performers apart.
Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience required. Strong communicators thrive in this global role, coordinating with international partners. Experience reducing technical debt and driving digital transformation is a must.
