- Oversee services and vendors for RFM Data Management, Testing, and L3/L3.5 Support
- Lead a team of 3 direct reports plus matrixed internal and external technical resources
- Deliver high-quality software releases and maintain operations of cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with Sr Director and cross-functional teams to evolve restaurant technology platforms
- Monitor platform performance, scalability, and reliability for 25,000+ global restaurants
