  • Lead and manage a team of 3-4 Field L&D Consultants, ensuring execution of national learning strategies
  • Develop and implement a localized learning strategy aligned with US Business Plan and National People Strategy
  • Facilitate high-impact learning programs for leaders at all levels across business units
  • Drive adoption and utilization of system tools and resources to improve restaurant operations and customer experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and operator teams to execute area People Strategy priorities
  • Influence senior leaders by presenting data-driven recommendations linked to business priorities
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and measure program effectiveness through analytics
  • Build and maintain complex partner relationships while managing multiple priorities
  • Monitor and report on learning metrics to demonstrate ROI and business impact
