In this role reporting to the Director, MarTech, you'll spearhead change management for new tools, ensuring seamless adoption by marketers and agencies. Conduct assessments, lead plans with cross-functional teams, consult on configurations, manage vendors, assess usage, and handoff features for BAU success. Dive deep into MarTech stacks like CDPs, engagement platforms, and CMS to maximize investments.
We're seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in marketing tech, CRM, or data-driven marketing. Expertise in digital ops, hands-on MarTech experience (CDPs, automation), change management, storytelling, and simplifying tech for marketers is crucial. Leverage data for personalization and thrive in global, fast-paced environments.
