As a Manager, Organizational Design, you'll play a pivotal role in aligning our global workforce to execute ambitious growth strategies. This project-based role (ending December 2026) offers exposure to executive leadership and international org design projects.
McDonald's Organizational Design team optimizes how our massive global organization operates in a fast-paced environment. We translate leadership vision into actionable structures, processes, and capabilities. Your work will directly impact how teams collaborate across borders, ensuring our talent drives business success.
Lead Complex Org Design Projects: Manage end-to-end organization design initiatives, developing operating models that support strategic execution. From capability gap analysis to structure recommendations, you'll guide McDonald's through transformation.
Partner with HRBPs: Work hand-in-hand with HR Business Partners to evaluate current org structures, identify inefficiencies, and build change roadmaps that deliver measurable results.
Executive Communications: Craft compelling presentations for C-suite leaders, translating complex org design concepts into strategic insights that drive decision-making.
Change Leadership Support: Equip senior leaders with tools and processes for successful organizational change, fostering proactive capability development.
Team Interventions: Design and facilitate workshops supporting team norming around new operating models, ensuring adoption and effectiveness.
Success requires a Master's in Organizational Development or related field, 5+ years in org design/change management, and proven global project experience. Excel at executive stakeholder management, data-driven analysis, and trend innovation in OD practices.
