To thrive, bring 3-5 years in partnerships or marketing, expertise in multi-cultural strategies, and project management prowess. A bachelor's in Marketing or related field is essential, along with skills in stakeholder management, trend forecasting, and CRM tools. Passion for McDonald's mission and cultural marketing sets top candidates apart.
