What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities in McDonald's Strategy & Planning

As Manager, Strategy & Planning, you'll report to the Sr. Manager within the Planning & Program Management Office, driving Global Technology's strategy processes. Your core duties include coordinating the Enterprise Phase Planning process across markets and segments, evolving project plans into standardized Enterprise Planning Roadmaps, and acting as the go-to SME for strategic operations. Expect to partner closely with Product/Technology, Global Customer Engagement, Delivery, and Global Business Services to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.
