- Partner with Functional Solutions teams to optimize ATS and related platforms for scalability and efficiency
- Conduct platform vendor evaluations considering operational needs, added-value, and commercial considerations
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recruiting processes across international markets
- Represent the organization in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with restaurant recruiting vendors
