  • Partner with Functional Solutions teams to optimize ATS and related platforms for scalability and efficiency
  • Conduct platform vendor evaluations considering operational needs, added-value, and commercial considerations
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recruiting processes across international markets
  • Represent the organization in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with restaurant recruiting vendors
  • Collaborate with business, markets, Functional Solutions, support, global, and local technology teams to resolve escalations
