Lead the annual planning cycle (April-November): Transform initiative-level budgets into per-restaurant Tech Investment pricing. Craft roadshow materials for external buy-in from Owner/Operators and the M-Tech Board.
Excel in forecasting and variance analysis: Track projections year-round, safeguarding O/O funds with rigorous stewardship.
As the go-to finance partner for 25+ budget owners (Senior Directors and Directors), deliver actionable insights and guidance.
Oversee funding model operations: Handle monthly O/O invoicing, true-ups, and blend funding from capital, OPNAD, and Global Tech sources.
Champion Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) planning at the product/project level, rolling up to portfolio line items.
Produce governance reporting for executive leadership, blending data viz tools like Tableau with narrative storytelling.
Success demands advanced FP&A expertise, financial modeling prowess, and stakeholder mastery. Thrive in fast-paced settings managing multi-million budgets. Key skills: Excel mastery, forecasting, variance analysis, ERP integration, cross-functional leadership, and tech investment acumen.
