- Serve as strategic partner to Global Technology Leadership Team, offering advice on legal and business issues
- Advise on all aspects of technology transactions from negotiation to execution and implementation
- Identify, analyze, and manage high-impact legal risks related to technology initiatives
- Collaborate across Global Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to drive efficiencies and innovation
- Negotiate complex technology agreements, including SaaS, cloud, AI, and data processing contracts
