In this pivotal role, you'll provide strategic vision for the End User Infrastructure and Operations (EUIO) team while delivering tactical wins. Develop comprehensive roadmaps that align with McDonald's growth objectives. Deep-dive into our current support ecosystem—tools, processes, automation, monitoring, hardware—and recommend upgrades to maintain SLAs and OLAs.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with GTIO leadership, operations teams, and external vendors. Communicate complex technical changes clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Your leadership will transform how 25,000+ restaurants and corporate teams access computing resources, from mobile device management to virtual desktops and service desks.
Success demands 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with 5+ years in senior management. Expertise in end user computing platforms like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, VMware Horizon, and ServiceNow is essential. You must excel in cloud migration strategies (Azure/AWS), ITIL processes, and agile delivery. Bachelor's in CS/IT required; PMP/ITIL certifications preferred.
