- Establish and continuously evolve platform-wide standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure consistency, maximum reuse, horizontal scalability, and long-term maintainability
- Partner strategically with engineering VP-level leadership, solution architects, and security teams to shape platform evolution while maintaining clear ownership of product decisions vs. implementation details
- Balance immediate enablement priorities for high-velocity product teams with architectural investments that preserve platform health and prevent technical debt accumulation
- Champion platform capability priorities, represent tradeoffs, and drive alignment during cross-team planning sessions, quarterly planning, major initiative kickoffs, and executive leadership forums
