In this role, you'll dive deep into improving existing assets. Lead resolutions for property issues like condemnations, easements, CAM disputes, estoppels, landlord/tenant rights, consents, excess property, and non-monetary defaults. Spot income opportunities such as cell towers, air rights, excess land, easements, and billboards. Apply Development Standards to boost restaurant performance via better visibility, 24-hour ops, drive-thrus, signage, access, and landscaping.
