Based in London, United Kingdom, this Sales role grows core accounts, supports universities in their digital transformation, and meets sales and engagement targets to increase account revenue while managing key relationships. Collaborate with internal teams and external eBook partners to ensure product success and alignment with teaching needs in higher education. How you can make an impact: Manage a defined territory by proactively engaging existing customers and generating new opportunities through virtual meetings, email, and phone outreach. Deepen engagement with current McGraw Hill content users, scale eBook accounts, and partner with marketing, product, and commercial teams alongside eBook retailers. Drive high usage, strong sell-through rates, and effective remote product demonstrations to boost customer satisfaction and expand our innovative digital and print solutions that empower university learners worldwide. What You Will Be Doing: Actively engage existing adoptions remotely to boost relationships, usage, and revenue; build ties with decision-makers; manage data via SFDC/Tableau for insights and forecasting; balance existing sales maintenance with new opportunities; collaborate on MQL qualification and demand generation; represent McGraw Hill in global meetings; meet revenue targets; and drive eBook/courseware growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with all existing adoptions primarily through virtual/remote methods to strengthen relationships and increase engagement, usage, and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of decision-makers to enhance the value and performance of current adoptions
  • Manage data effectively using SFDC/Tableau to ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and territory insights
  • Balance maintaining high sell-through and usage of existing sales while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to qualify MQLs, support demand-generation efforts, and proactively research and prospect for growth opportunities
  • Represent McGraw Hill professionally in internal meetings both virtual and in-person including sales meetings that may occur outside the UK/IR
  • Meet assigned regional revenue targets
  • Support channel sales (where applicable)
  • Drive increased eBook/courseware engagement and revenue within the territory
  • Manage a defined territory, proactively engage existing customers, and help generate new business opportunities through virtual meetings, email, and phone outreach
  • Deepen engagement with current MH content users and scale existing eBook accounts
