About the Role

Overview: Build the Future at McGraw Hill. As a Growth and Enablement Specialist for ALEKS, you will play a pivotal role in expanding awareness and driving adoption of ALEKS across global higher education regions, including MEASAF, Asia, ANZ, and UKNECE. Combining business development expertise with a strong understanding of the higher education landscape, this role helps shape the future of digital learning at McGraw Hill. You will contribute to making ALEKS an indispensable tool for faculty and students by strengthening market presence, building strategic relationships, and amplifying impact across diverse institutions in our innovative education technology ecosystem. How You Can Make an Impact: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of ALEKS products to support new customer acquisition and expand existing business across international HE regions. Identify and pursue new opportunities to promote ALEKS, track and monitor pipeline, and collaborate with regional sales teams. Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to increase platform awareness and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and sales to design and execute targeted outreach strategies, organize events, demonstrations, and webinars to showcase ALEKS, and deliver internal and external training. Advocate for best practices across partner HEIs, execute tactics agilely across regions, partner to drive adoption, grow market share through strategies like converting naked adoptions, and consult on program redesign, corequisites, and pathways—all while embracing McGraw Hill's culture of innovation and student success. What You’ll Need to Be Successful: Engage in outreach including cold calling, travel regionally and internationally, and work flexibly across global time zones. Collaborate across diverse cultures and influence faculty without direct authority. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in ed-tech, educational publishing, teaching, or training are required, along with excellent communication, strong organizational and analytical skills, initiative, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), webinar tools, and video creation like Vidyard. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
