Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ALEKS implementation needs for assigned Midwest territory, focusing on new customers, retention, and expansion
  • Achieve at least 70% pilot program conversion rate
  • Consult with Accessibility Compliance offices at institutions
  • Enforce best practices while building long-standing trust with customers and internal partners
  • Maintain expert knowledge of ALEKS platform, its science, data, and reports
  • Gather and share customer feedback, observations, and market needs with McGraw Hill stakeholders
  • Coach and guide internal stakeholders to promote teamwork and implementation success
  • Conduct regular analysis and communication on new, existing, and at-risk implementations
  • Provide implementation consultation, coaching, professional development, training, and technical assistance to customers and sales team
  • Continually improve implementation fidelity to support retention, growth, and winning business in Higher Ed Math, Chemistry, and Placement markets

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional/consulting experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Ability and willingness to travel (about 25% required)
  • Reside in the Midwest Region of the US
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
  • Familiarity with major operating systems, browsers, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet concepts
