As an Associate Academic Designer in Product Development, you’ll edit existing content from McGraw Hill’s national math program, including Reveal Math, to align with Utah state and school district standards. This remote, Project Status Worker (PSW) role, ending 12/31/2026, offers the chance to specialize in high school (9-12) mathematics within our innovative education technology ecosystem. Join a team of academic designers focused on print and digital content development. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce customized, high-quality instructional materials for Utah classrooms, ensuring accuracy, error-free content, appropriate reading levels, and adherence to curriculum standards. Success requires being highly organized, flexible, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Edit existing content from McGraw Hill’s national math program to match Utah state and school district standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop a customized version of McGraw Hill’s Reveal Math program for Utah
  • Edit print and digital materials for use in Utah classrooms
  • Assist in the development of secondary math instructional materials in print or digital formats
  • Produce accurate, error-free, high-quality content that meets curriculum standards, reading level, grammar, and style
  • Follow approved workflows at all stages of development and meet all intermediate and final schedule dates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market requirements, project schedules, and product goals are met
  • Demonstrate effective organizational and time management skills
  • Prioritize, multitask, and exhibit flexibility to rapidly changing priorities and demands
  • Contribute to innovative learning solutions that accelerate student success
