Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and product managers to execute the platform and course roadmap
  • Boost product discoverability and drive new user traffic through on-page/off-page SEO, app store optimization, and search engine/GenAI indexing strategies
  • Conduct regular audits to identify bugs, performance issues, and inconsistencies, while establishing feedback loops to capture user insights
  • Optimize the free-to-paid user journey with compelling in-app messaging, offers, and personalized nudges
  • Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for feature enhancements and product-market fit
  • Support and execute growth experiments and A/B tests on product features, messaging, and marketing campaigns
  • Create and publish marketing content including reels/shorts, blogs, landing pages, course descriptions, and newsletters
  • Work with design/video teams to repurpose product content into engaging formats like short clips and infographics
  • Support social media managers in day-to-day posting, scheduling, monitoring comments, queries, and learner sentiment
  • Track trends to propose quick, relatable content ideas such as reels, quizzes, and interactive formats
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for product usage, content delivery, and social engagement
  • Support product managers in extracting, consolidating, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights and produce regular performance reports

Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management or related disciplines
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with reporting and data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with design and visualization tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
