To support our growing business in India, we are hiring an Associate Portfolio Manager for our Higher Education division in Noida. This one-year contractual position provides a focused opportunity to contribute to key projects while gaining invaluable hands-on experience in the EdTech space. You will play a pivotal role in engaging with authors, instructors, and students from leading management and engineering institutions, conducting market research, mapping syllabi and competitors, identifying product gaps, recommending content and feature enhancements, managing project profitability, and presenting compelling business cases. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with authors and instructors, commission and procure high-quality content from new and existing contributors, and perform detailed market research including competition mapping and product gap analysis. Collaborating with professors and subject matter experts, you will recommend innovative features aligned with academic standards and industry trends. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams in content development, pre-press, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of superior academic products that drive student success. We are seeking candidates with a graduate or post-graduate degree, preferably in management, economics, or engineering, along with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and an analytical mindset. The ability to work independently, multitask, and meet tight deadlines is essential, with proficiency in MS Office tools required. Experience in product, research, or content roles is a plus, and freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
