Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Help manage the project backlog by ensuring user stories are well-defined, prioritized, and communicated
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, communicating proactively to stakeholders
  • Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and progress while adhering to Agile best practices
  • Facilitate clear communication among all project stakeholders on status, dependencies, and changes
  • Assist in collecting project performance data and participating in retrospectives for continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, notes, risk logs, and status reports
  • Support quality assurance checks and ensure deliverables meet standards before release

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or a related role, ideally in an Agile environment (internships or co-op positions acceptable)
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to contribute to Agile ceremonies and processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with Agile project tracking tools like Confluence or Jira
  • Basic knowledge of product management or software development processes
