As a Brand Specialist, Social Strategy in our Marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing McGraw Hill's PreK-12 social presence, driving brand visibility, strengthening audience engagement, and amplifying innovative product storytelling that positions us as leaders in education technology. This remote position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, where you'll lead organic social strategy, develop social-first storytelling, manage dynamic content calendars, and produce high-quality short-form content optimized for each platform. You'll oversee community engagement, support employee advocacy initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams and creators to deliver cohesive, authentic brand experiences. By tracking KPIs, leveraging analytics and social listening, and staying ahead of cultural trends, you'll optimize growth while maintaining McGraw Hill's consistent, impactful brand voice in a fast-paced, innovation-driven culture. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of social media expertise, proven UGC and short-form video creation skills, deep platform knowledge, and proficiency with tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
