In this role, you will own the Global Professional digital new sales budget for your territory, focusing on new business in hospitals, corporate, and government sectors. As a pure hunter, you'll lead the promotion of our cutting-edge digital medical education solutions, identifying opportunities in universities, pharmaceuticals, and health authorities to exceed ambitious targets. A typical day involves building relationships with high-level decision-makers, crafting tailored edtech proposals, and collaborating across sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success teams. You'll leverage deep product knowledge, stay ahead of industry trends, and outmaneuver competitors to deliver value that transforms medical education. Regular travel throughout Greater China will keep you at the forefront of market expansion, embodying McGraw Hill's innovative spirit. We're seeking driven professionals with 5+ years in business development sales, a proven track record in medical/pharma or digital education, and exceptional communication skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Own McGraw Hill’s Global Professional digital new sales budget for assigned territory across Greater China (China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan)
  • Drive new sales and performance of the territory with a focus on hospitals, corporate, and government sectors
  • Liaise with regional stakeholders (internal and external) to drive sales growth
  • Lead business development as a pure hunter, promoting and selling digital medical education solutions in new markets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities targeting universities, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and government health authorities to deliver annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level decision-makers and education managers
  • Understand client digital education needs and design tailored proposals/solutions
  • Develop deep product knowledge and stay informed of offerings, industry trends, and competitors to communicate value propositions
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure successful deal architecture
  • Travel regularly within Greater China to engage clients and expand market presence

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a Business Development Sales role
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the medical/pharmaceutical industry and/or digital education sector
  • Great understanding of digital education offerings, industry trends and competitors
  • Proven sales track record of delivering/exceeding sales goals consistently over the last 3+ years
  • Ability to travel regularly within Greater China region
  • Very strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling digital medical education solutions
  • Established relationships with hospitals, pharmaceuticals, universities, or government health authorities in Greater China
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Background in edtech sales targeting corporate or government sectors
