Make a real difference by curating and acquiring cutting-edge content aligned with business goals and product roadmaps. Advocate for the learning capabilities of McGraw Hill's platforms across teams, procure content from top experts, and coordinate seamless development of market-leading products. Leverage customer insights for strategic enhancements, ensure products remain current and competitive, and support sales with vital resources while rapidly addressing live product corrections. Key responsibilities include building author relationships, managing multiple projects to hit milestones, leading print-to-digital transitions, and adopting innovative technologies to refine workflows. Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with authors and SMEs and stay updated on competitor products
  • Share regular progress updates with stakeholders and align on key benchmarks
  • Use customer insights to guide product strategy, enhancements, and market fit
  • Ensure timely updates and maintenance to keep products relevant and competitive
  • Deliver products on time by meeting all production and launch milestones
  • Coordinate with pre-press and manufacturing teams for smooth execution
  • Onboard and manage authors/SMEs, ensuring high-quality and aligned content
  • Oversee multiple projects efficiently and maintain accurate schedules and documentation
  • Keep portfolio and marketing teams informed and address concerns proactively
  • Support sales with required product information and resources
  • Convert market feedback into actionable improvements for future editions
  • Manage and resolve corrections on live products promptly

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of experience in publishing, education, technology, or related fields
  • Exposure to content development
  • Exposure to instructional design
  • Exposure to publishing workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with authors and subject matter experts in higher education
  • Knowledge of EdTech platforms and digital product development
