This remote role, based in the United States (specific states: LA, AL, GA, FL, NC, SC, TN, VA, WV, MD, DC, DE), requires 80% travel by car within your territory, residing within 1 hour of a major airport. Collaborate with sales teams while thriving independently, using technology like interactive whiteboards and 1:1 devices for virtual/in-person demos. We're seeking proven educators with a B.S./B.A. (M.A. preferred), 5+ years teaching 6-12 STEM, and sales/presentation savvy. Base pay $54,600-$75,000 (prorated, paid over 12 months) plus commissions, comprehensive benefits, and global impact. Key Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships and leverage 6-12 STEM knowledge to increase sales of McGraw Hill solutions
  • Deliver winning sales presentations and supportive pre- and post-sales work, including strategy development and training
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of McGraw Hill products, educational landscape, and territory revenue goals
  • Work collaboratively with sales team members while operating in a self-directed manner
  • Remain current on educational trends, priorities, initiatives, and pedagogical knowledge in STEM and ELA
  • Establish rapport with audiences and effectively respond to questions during presentations
  • Develop and deliver engaging multimedia presentations both virtually and in-person using presentation software and hardware
  • Bridge the gap between innovative McGraw Hill educational products and classroom needs for 6-12 STEM
  • Travel approximately 80% of the time by car within territory to meet educators and districts
  • Communicate the value of McGraw Hill’s learning science resources to enhance STEM curriculum outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • A or B.S degree (M.A. or higher desired)
  • 5+ years of successful teaching experience in 6-12 STEM
  • Expertise and knowledge of Math, Science, and ELA trends and pedagogy
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time within designated territory
  • Reside in Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, DC, or Delaware, within 1 hour of a major airport
  • Valid driver’s license with ability to drive in designated territory
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational leadership experience at building, district, and/or state level
  • Previous experience successfully selling and supporting in the educational sales landscape
  • Experience successfully presenting to varied audiences (teachers, coaches, district staff, community) and/or education coaching
  • Fluent Spanish speaker
  • M.A. or higher degree
