As a Customer Success Consultant supporting our Thailand territory, you'll report to the Head of Sales, SEA, and play a pivotal role in retaining customers leveraging McGraw Hill Courseware products. In this dynamic role, you'll partner with customers after handover from the Education Consultant, ensuring seamless onboarding and driving adoption of McGraw Hill Courseware as a core teaching and learning solution. Share actionable usage reports and insights to highlight learning trends, support student success, and align with internal metrics. Deepen platform engagement with high-value accounts, helping customers achieve their goals while fueling revenue growth. Leverage reference selling to generate leads, collaborate with Education Consultants for expanded digital adoption, and gather feedback to elevate the customer experience—all while building trusted relationships with faculty, deans, and support staff to champion our solutions. We're seeking a self-starter with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or Information Technology, 1-3 years of digital sales experience, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers post-handover from Education Consultant to ensure seamless onboarding
  • Drive adoption of McGraw Hill Courseware as a core teaching and learning solution
  • Share usage reports and insights with educators to highlight learning trends and support student success
  • Align customer activities with internal customer success metrics
  • Deepen platform usage with high-value accounts to achieve teaching and learning goals
  • Drive revenue growth through expanded digital adoption
  • Leverage reference selling techniques to generate leads and collaborate with Education Consultants
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to enhance overall customer experience
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with faculty, department heads, deans, and support staff
  • Champion digital usage of McGraw Hill solutions in the Thailand higher education territory

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business, Education, or Information Technology
  • 1-3 years’ digital/software sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills
