We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Data Architect to support enterprise data initiatives by designing, documenting, and enhancing our modern data architecture. This role is responsible for maintaining data models, applying governance best practices, and enabling analytics through structured, scalable, and trusted data solutions using platforms such as Databricks, Oracle, and Power BI. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and technical skills, including expert SQL proficiency, and can clearly communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. This individual will thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with teams across the organization and contributing to a wide range of initiatives in the dynamic EdTech landscape. They will dive deep into complex data assets, applying advanced analytical techniques to uncover meaningful insights that guide strategic, data-driven decision-making about what to build and why, all while continuously expanding their knowledge in an evolving data landscape. Key responsibilities include conducting end-to-end data analysis, designing Medallion Architecture, developing SQL queries and pipelines, building dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, and mentoring junior analysts on data quality best practices. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. The pay range is $93,950 - $150,050 annually, with potential for an annual bonus and full benefits.
