Key Responsibilities

  • Drive long-term digital adoptions and renewals by proactively engaging existing digital customers to ensure usage and address needs
  • Implement proactive strategies to increase solution usage among customers
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and implementation plans for digital customers
  • Guide customers through course setup, integration, and best practices
  • Develop and execute structured implementation plans to equip customers with necessary knowledge
  • Provide ongoing support, training, troubleshooting, and best practices recommendations post-implementation
  • Maintain regular touchpoints with customers to build long-trusted partnerships that drive business growth
  • Use Salesforce.com efficiently to track customer insights, digital information, and ensure team visibility
  • Build strong internal relationships with Education Consultants, Sales Managers, Product Marketing, and the Digital Success team
  • Continuously improve student, instructor, and institutional teaching/learning experiences through McGraw Hill’s premium digital products

Required Qualifications

  • Related experience working with customers in educational publishing or educational technology
  • Experience in pre- and post-sales support, teaching, or providing training
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including effective troubleshooting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both technical and customer-facing contexts
  • High proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
  • Experience using Salesforce.com for tracking customer insights and activities
  • Ability to provide clear, precise instructions understandable by non-technical users
