Reporting to our Head of Sales, SEA, this role will be responsible for exceeding sales expectations of McGraw Hill’s innovative suite of Higher Education digital course products by connecting with faculty and key stakeholders at universities and higher learning institutions to increase market share and digital usage. How will you make an impact? Leverage McGraw Hill’s existing customer base to grow digital users and expand into new course areas, reaching and exceeding sales goals for your assigned territory. Build strong, trusted relationships with faculty, administrators, Deans, and Digital Learning Heads, positioning yourself as their go-to advisor for cutting-edge higher education solutions. Collaborate with campus bookstores and channels for seamless content delivery, while partnering with internal McGraw Hill teams to craft winning strategies, drive revenue growth, and implement effective training plans. Utilize CRM systems to manage your pipeline, lead compelling sales calls and presentations, align with sales leadership on strategy, and travel daily to campuses during peak selling seasons—all while championing McGraw Hill's culture of innovation in edtech. We’re looking for a high achiever with a Bachelor’s Degree, at least 2 years of sales experience (ideally in field sales with travel), excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate, adapt, and problem-solve in a dynamic environment. Preferred candidates bring CRM experience (like Salesforce), strong Excel skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit fueled by intellectual curiosity for educational institutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage McGraw Hill’s existing customer base to grow digital users and increase market share in new course areas to reach and exceed established sales goals for assigned Thailand territory
  • Build strong relationships with faculty, administrators, Deans, Digital Learning Heads, and key stakeholders at universities and higher learning institutions – becoming their trusted advisor for higher education course solutions
  • Continuously identify new opportunities to cultivate partnerships and increase McGraw Hill digital usage
  • Collaborate with campus bookstores and channels to ensure delivery of content and gain understanding of campus initiatives
  • Work in partnership with internal McGraw Hill colleagues on strategies for winning business, driving revenue growth, and ensuring appropriate training and implementation plans
  • Use a CRM system to develop and maintain territory pipeline from prospect to close
  • Lead sales calls with customers and deliver sales presentations to a variety of audiences

Required Qualifications
