Utilizing your deep understanding of HR principles and EMEA employment laws, you will build strategic relationships, facilitate decision-making, and execute HR programs across talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, rewards, and succession planning. Leverage data insights to identify trends, recommend enhancements, and lead organizational design projects that create efficiency amid shifting demands. Key Responsibilities

  • Align talent strategies with business priorities to drive outcomes in McGraw Hill's education technology initiatives
  • Partner with VP HRBP - International and Professional and key stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives for global teams in EMEA
  • Embed culture, enable performance, and manage transformation across the region
  • Build and manage strategic relationships to facilitate HR decision-making at unit and project levels
  • Develop and implement HR programs including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, rewards, and succession planning using data insights
  • Lead organizational design projects to streamline structures and support rapidly shifting business demands
  • Provide training, coaching, and collaboration on employee development, teambuilding, and talent planning
  • Champion Inclusion & Belonging values by embedding inclusive practices in all initiatives
  • Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives including change management
  • Identify staff issues, talent needs, and trends to recommend enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting business objectives and talent growth
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in the EMEA region
  • Demonstrated experience in Global Mobility and Immigration
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across different demographics
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in education technology or international professional services
  • Background in organizational design and transformation projects
  • Prior work in embedding Inclusion & Belonging initiatives
