Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to roll out programs in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, rewards, and succession planning, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement. Lead organizational design projects that streamline operations, fostering speed and efficiency amid rapidly evolving demands in the education sector. Champion Inclusion & Belonging by integrating inclusive practices across all initiatives, while supporting transformation and continuous improvement efforts, including change management. Key Responsibilities

  • Align talent strategies with business priorities to drive outcomes in McGraw Hill's education technology initiatives
  • Partner with VP HRBP - International and Professional and stakeholders to execute strategic HR initiatives in Saudi Arabia
  • Build and manage strategic relationships to facilitate HR decision-making across units and projects
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs in talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, rewards, and succession planning
  • Use data insights to identify staff issues, talent needs, trends, and recommend enhancements
  • Lead organizational design projects to streamline structures, roles, and processes supporting rapid business demands
  • Provide training, coaching, and collaboration on employee development, teambuilding, performance, and talent planning
  • Champion Inclusion & Belonging values by embedding inclusive practices in all initiatives
  • Support transformation and continuous improvement efforts, including change management
  • Ensure workforce readiness and organization effectiveness for global teams in the region

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience in a corporate environment
  • Proven experience as HR Business Partner supporting business objectives and talent growth
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in EMEA region, particularly Saudi Arabia
  • Demonstrated experience in Global Mobility and Immigration
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across different demographics
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
