In this remote role, open to U.S.-authorized applicants, you'll architect scalable platforms using OCI/Exadata, IICS, Databricks, AWS, and advanced SQL, ensuring stakeholder-aligned outcomes that elevate education technology. You'll develop cutting-edge data solutions with AWS and Oracle technologies, employing robust data modeling, SCD practices, and cloud architecture to translate business needs into technical designs, including star schemas and integration models. Build high-performance ETL pipelines via Informatica, enhanced by Unix scripting for automation, while optimizing cloud performance to meet SLAs across Oracle ERP and DB systems. Provide hands-on leadership across the software lifecycle, championing Agile/Kanban with Git and Jira to foster collaboration and continuous improvement in our dynamic, innovation-driven culture. With 8+ years in data engineering, expertise in Informatica/IICS, Oracle, AWS services, Databricks, and cloud environments like OCI/AWS/Azure, you'll thrive here. Strong programming in Python/Scala/Java/Node, Unix scripting, and experience with financial datasets plus Tableau/Alteryx are essential. Preferred: publishing/education domain knowledge and IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
