  • Conduct research on academic institutions and decision-makers to support sales planning and strategy development
  • Help maintain accurate and timely information in the CRM system (Salesforce.com) to track prospects and sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are effectively implemented
  • Learn and understand the unique selling features and functionality of McGraw Hill’s digital and print products
  • Assist in communicating product benefits to customers and supporting their successful usage
  • Provide feedback on customer experiences to help improve solutions and services
