About the Role

McGraw Hill, a global leader in education technology, is seeking a dynamic Literacy Curriculum Consultant to join our Sales Support & Administration team in Thailand. Following a highly successful year in our K-12 business, we continue to innovate with market-leading print, digital, and blended learning solutions that empower educators and students worldwide. In this role, you will champion our Core literacy products for Grades K-12 by delivering compelling product trainings, presentations, and end-to-end consulting services to prospective customers, directly driving sales revenue and ensuring maximum value realization for end users. Based in Thailand (or nearby locations including Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, or Singapore), you will collaborate with our Academic Team to explore adjacent markets and bring innovative edtech solutions to life in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. A typical day involves fostering key relationships to boost sales, crafting highly effective product demonstrations, and leading professional development sessions for new and existing users. With a strategic mindset, you will analyze market needs, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies, marketing plans, and product enhancements at McGraw Hill. Your work will bridge Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams, amplifying the voice of the customer to differentiate our offerings and fuel revenue growth. Success requires a Bachelor’s degree in EL Education or MEd, at least 3 years of teaching or curriculum consulting in English language education (preferably with CCSS), and hands-on experience in K-12 curriculum. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough product training and presentations to prospective customers to drive increased sales revenue for McGraw Hill’s Core K-12 literacy products
  • Deliver end-to-end solution consulting in education design and implementation to maximize value for end users
  • Work with the Academic Team to research and drive solutions for adjacent markets
  • Foster relationships and leverage knowledge to increase sales
  • Make highly effective presentations of McGraw Hill products to potential customers
  • Conduct professional development and in-service training for new and current users of all products
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of products and translate market research into feedback for sales, marketing planning, and product development
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to bring the voice of the customer into all efforts
  • Drive revenue, sales support planning, and execution based on customer needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation
  • Develop customized solution presentations and trainings to meet subject departmental interests and needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in EL Education or MEd required
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching or curriculum consulting experience in English language education field
  • Proficient in modern methodological teaching approaches and pedagogies
  • Previous experience with K-12 curriculum development and selection
  • Candidate must reside in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, or Singapore
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
