In this pivotal role, you'll drive sales growth by delivering compelling product trainings, presentations, and end-to-end consulting services, ensuring educators maximize the impact of our cutting-edge resources. Collaborating with our Academic, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams, you'll infuse the voice of the customer into our innovation pipeline, researching adjacent markets and shaping strategies that differentiate McGraw Hill in the competitive edtech landscape. A typical day involves fostering key relationships to boost sales, crafting tailored presentations that resonate with prospective customers, and leading professional development sessions for seamless product adoption. You'll harness your deep product knowledge and market insights to provide actionable feedback, fueling our commitment to pedagogical excellence and technological advancement. Whether demonstrating blended learning tools or analyzing curriculum needs, your strategic mindset will directly contribute to revenue growth and customer success across APAC. To thrive in McGraw Hill's collaborative, innovation-driven culture, you'll bring a Bachelor’s in EL Education or MEd, at least 3 years of teaching or consulting experience in English language arts (ideally with CCSS), and proven skills in modern pedagogies and K-12 curriculum. Residing in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, or Taiwan, you'll excel as a hands-on team player with exceptional presentation abilities, interpersonal savvy, and a passion for education technology. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough product training and presentations to prospective customers to drive increased sales revenue for McGraw Hill’s Core K-12 literacy products
  • Deliver end-to-end solution consulting in education design and implementation to maximize value for end users
  • Work with the Academic Team to research and drive solutions for adjacent markets
  • Foster relationships and leverage knowledge to increase sales
  • Make highly effective presentations of McGraw Hill products to potential customers
  • Conduct professional development and in-service training for new and current users
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of products and translate market research into feedback for sales, marketing, and product development
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to bring the voice of the customer into planning and execution
  • Drive revenue and sales support efforts based on customer needs, competitive landscape, and differentiation opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in EL Education or MEd required
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching or curriculum consulting experience in English language education field
  • Proficient in modern methodological teaching approaches and pedagogies
  • Previous experience with K-12 curriculum development and selection
  • Candidate must reside in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, or Singapore
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous teaching experience with McGraw Hill K-12 programs
  • Experience preferably with CCSS (Common Core State Standards)
