About the Role

Join McGraw Hill's innovative K-12 education team as a Literacy Curriculum Consultant in Zhongshan District, Taiwan. Following a highly successful year delivering market-leading print, digital, and blended learning solutions, we are expanding our impact across APAC. In this role, you will champion McGraw Hill’s Core literacy products for Grades K-12 by delivering compelling product trainings, presentations, and end-to-end consulting to prospective customers, directly driving sales revenue and ensuring educators maximize the value of our edtech resources. A typical day involves fostering key relationships to boost sales, conducting professional development sessions, and presenting innovative literacy solutions tailored to customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely with our Academic, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams, translating deep market insights and customer feedback into actionable strategies that fuel product innovation and differentiation in a competitive landscape. Your strategic mindset will help research adjacent markets, positioning McGraw Hill as the leader in education technology. To succeed, you need a Bachelor’s in EL Education or MEd, at least 3 years of teaching or consulting experience in English language education (CCSS preferred), and proficiency in modern pedagogies. Residing in Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, or Singapore, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional presentation skills, rapport-building abilities, and a passion for edtech. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thorough product training and presentations to prospective customers to drive increased sales revenue for McGraw Hill’s Core K-12 literacy products
  • Deliver end-to-end solution consulting in education design and implementation to maximize value for end users
  • Work with the Academic Team to research and drive solutions for adjacent markets
  • Foster relationships and leverage knowledge to increase sales
  • Make highly effective presentations of print, digital, and blended learning products to potential customers
  • Conduct professional development and in-service training for new and current users
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding of products and translate market research into feedback for sales, marketing planning, and product development
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to bring the voice of the customer into all efforts
  • Drive revenue, sales support planning, and execution based on customer needs, competitive landscape, and differentiation opportunities
  • Support McGraw Hill’s innovation in edtech by providing strategic insights on literacy curriculum needs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in EL Education or MEd required
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching/curriculum consulting experience in English language education field
  • Proficient in modern methodological teaching approaches and pedagogies
  • Previous experience with K-12 curriculum development and selection
  • Candidate must reside in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, or Singapore
  • Experience preferably with CCSS-aligned programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous teaching experience with McGraw Hill K-12 programs
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales through product presentations and training
