In this impactful role, you will plan, design, and execute custom SharePoint and Microsoft Teams solutions, develop third-party integrations via add-ins, APIs, and webhooks, and create custom SPFx plugins using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. You will customize SharePoint Online experiences by managing site collections, permissions, and workflows, while leveraging tools like Quest and AvePoint for administration, governance, and compliance. Proactively identify automation opportunities across IT, HR, and business functions, then design and build scalable solutions with PowerShell, Microsoft Power Automate, and RPA platforms—ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems like Fieldglass, Okta, Workday, and ServiceNow. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a M365 DevOps Engineer
  • 5+ years of SharePoint development, including SPFx using React, TypeScript, and Node.js

  • Experience with migration tools such as Sharegate or Metalogix for SharePoint Online transitions
  • Strong UI/UX skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design
