In this impactful role, you will plan, design, and execute custom SharePoint and Microsoft Teams solutions, develop third-party integrations via add-ins, APIs, and webhooks, and create custom SPFx plugins using React, TypeScript, and Node.js. You will customize SharePoint Online experiences by managing site collections, permissions, and workflows, while leveraging tools like Quest and AvePoint for administration, governance, and compliance. Proactively identify automation opportunities across IT, HR, and business functions, then design and build scalable solutions with PowerShell, Microsoft Power Automate, and RPA platforms—ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems like Fieldglass, Okta, Workday, and ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute custom SharePoint and Microsoft Teams solutions
• Develop third-party integrations using add-ins, APIs, and webhooks
• Create custom SPFx plugins to enhance SharePoint functionality
• Customize SharePoint Online experiences, managing site collections, permissions, and workflows
• Use tools like Quest and AvePoint for SharePoint administration, governance, and compliance
• Identify workflow challenges and automation opportunities across IT, HR, and business functions
• Design and implement automation strategies aligned with business goals and IT infrastructure
• Build automation solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Power Automate, and RPA platforms
• Ensure automations are scalable, reliable, and integrated with enterprise applications
• Collaborate with the Architect of Digital Workspace and functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a M365 DevOps Engineer
• 5+ years of SharePoint development, including SPFx using React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
• Experience with migration tools such as Sharegate or Metalogix for SharePoint Online transitions
• Strong UI/UX skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design
• Experience with RPA tools and automation scripting using PowerShell

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Quest and AvePoint for SharePoint administration, governance, and compliance
• Hands-on experience integrating with enterprise applications such as Fieldglass, Okta, Workday, and ServiceNow
• Background in education technology or digital learning platforms
