As Manager, Digital Production in our Product Management department, you will oversee content production for emerging product lines, core curriculum, and assessments, while pioneering AI-driven workflows and technologies to accelerate time-to-market. This remote role, open to U.S.-authorized applicants, empowers you to lead a team of project managers, collaborate with content developers, program managers, the Digital Platform Group, subject matter experts, authors, and global suppliers to deliver accessible, error-free products that enrich the student experience for all learners in our innovative culture. In this dynamic position, you will manage your team to create and implement cutting-edge workflows using new tools and technologies, develop productivity targets, assign projects, and monitor workloads for peak efficiency. Achieve schedule, quality, and budget goals across all products while collaborating on cross-functional strategic initiatives, process improvements, and pilots for digital content creation tools. Promptly resolve customer issues, effectively manage staff performance, address personnel matters, and foster growth through training—all while upholding McGraw Hill's commitment to excellence in edtech innovation. We're seeking a proven leader with a Bachelor’s degree, 5-7 years of project management in digital production (including 1-3 years in technical support), and 3-5 years managing teams. Thrive in our fast-paced environment with exceptional communication, organizational skills, troubleshooting prowess, and adaptability to proprietary tools. Preferred: PMP certification and proficiency in Habitat, Smartsheet, Jira, HTML, and AWS Cloud.
