Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of project managers
  • Create and implement workflows based on new tools and technology with the goal of shortening overall production timeframes
  • Develop productivity targets; assign projects and monitor workloads for maximum efficiency
  • Manage team and assignments in order to achieve schedule, quality, and budget goals of all products
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, process improvement, and piloting new digital tools for content creation
  • Resolve customer issues promptly
  • Effectively manage staff; address performance problems and resolve personnel issues
  • Develop and provide training and growth opportunities for staff
  • Oversee emerging product lines, core and assessment content
  • Develop and maintain quality standards and best practices
  • Implement new technologies including AI and workflows aimed at shortening time to market
  • Collaborate internally with content developers, program managers, and the Digital Platform Group; and externally with subject matter experts, authors, and global suppliers to produce accessible and error-free products
