About the Role

As the Marketing Manager at McGraw Hill in London, United Kingdom, you will own the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for key Higher Education (HE) portfolios, both local and International Student Edition (ISE), targeting a revenue impact of £6-8M and year-on-year digital activation growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping GTM plans, supporting locally created edtech products, and accelerating pipeline velocity across key territories, all while fostering McGraw Hill's innovation culture that empowers marketers to connect with educators and learners in transformative ways. In this role, you will lead the GTM process for local products from signings to launch, ensuring revenue and digital targets are met from day one. Drive top opportunities to closure by partnering with sales teams and leveraging insights from Salesforce.com and other data sources. Develop compelling product messaging, value propositions, and marketing campaigns that differentiate our cutting-edge edtech offerings in a competitive market. Build deep expertise in market and product knowledge to address customer challenges, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to thought-leadership initiatives that position McGraw Hill as a leader in Higher Education innovation. Own and manage the end-to-end GTM process, producing sales enablement materials, facilitating training with product and central teams, and executing lead generation strategies in coordination with the central enablement group. Monitor and nurture top local and ISE opportunities, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and alignment with strategic business goals. Participate in annual sales meetings, travel to campuses, and engage in market development activities.   • Lead the GTM process for local Higher Education products from signings to launch, ensuring revenue and digital targets of £6-8M are met
  • Drive top opportunities to closure by collaborating with sales teams and leveraging insights from Salesforce.com and other data sources
  • Develop compelling product messaging, value propositions, and marketing campaigns that differentiate McGraw Hill offerings
  • Own and manage the GTM process for local products, producing sales enablement materials and facilitating training with product and central teams
  • Monitor and nurture top local and ISE opportunities, ensuring smooth collaboration across functions
  • Devise and execute marketing communications and lead generation strategies for local products in coordination with the central enablement group
  • Build expertise in market and product knowledge to address customer challenges and identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align territory plans with strategic business goals
  • Contribute to market development, advocacy, and thought-leadership initiatives
  • Participate in annual sales meetings and travel to campuses as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or a related field
  • Commercial acumen
  • Strong experience in marketing, GTM strategy, and product launch management
  • Proven ability to drive revenue impact and digital growth
