Provide responsive support to inquiries, partner with Sales and Marketing at conferences, and use usage data to re-engage under-utilizing accounts—directly driving renewals and customer success. A typical day involves delivering engaging online and in-person trainings, monitoring platform adoption, and creating targeted plans to ensure institutions get maximum value from their subscriptions. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training resources (guides, videos, toolkits) that highlight how digital platforms support teaching, study, and clinical decision-making
  • Provide responsive and professional support to customer inquiries from health sciences librarians, educators, and students
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing at medical conferences, workshops, and product demonstrations
  • Monitor usage data and identify at-risk accounts where faculty, clinicians, or students are under-utilizing resources
  • Create targeted communication and training plans to re-engage users and support successful renewals
  • Ensure medical and health sciences institutions achieve maximum value from their McGraw Hill subscriptions
  • Empower users to integrate evidence-based digital resources into teaching, learning, and clinical practice

Required Qualifications

  • Academic or professional background in health sciences (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Librarianship, Allied Health, Medicine)
  • Experience in training, education, or communication
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, in-person and virtually
  • Experience working in a medical education or healthcare setting (university, hospital, professional association)
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms or e-resources used in healthcare education
  • Ability to travel internationally across the APAC region
