You'll design and deliver impactful training sessions—both online and in-person—that integrate evidence-based digital resources into teaching, learning, and clinical practice. Tailoring content to specific needs like medical curriculum, nursing, or pharmacy instruction, you'll ensure institutions across APAC achieve full value from their subscriptions, driving renewals and customer success. A typical day involves crafting engaging resources, providing responsive support, partnering at conferences, and using data to re-engage under-utilizing users. We're looking for someone with a health sciences background, training experience, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with digital edtech platforms, plus the ability to travel regionally. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging online and in-person training sessions for faculty, librarians, clinicians, and students
  • Tailor training to healthcare-specific needs (e.g., medical curriculum integration, nursing education, pharmacy instruction)
  • Develop training resources (guides, videos, toolkits) highlighting digital platforms for teaching, study, and clinical decision-making
  • Provide responsive and professional support to customer inquiries from health sciences librarians, educators, and students
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing at medical conferences, workshops, and product demonstrations
  • Monitor usage data and identify at-risk accounts where users are under-utilizing resources
  • Create targeted communication and training plans to re-engage users and support successful renewals
  • Ensure medical and health sciences institutions achieve maximum value from McGraw Hill subscriptions
  • Empower users to integrate evidence-based digital resources into teaching, learning, and clinical practice
  • Support customer success and renewal by enhancing platform adoption across APAC

Required Qualifications

  • Academic or professional background in health sciences (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Librarianship, Allied Health, Medicine)
  • Experience in training, education, or communication
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, in-person and virtually
  • Experience working in a medical education or healthcare setting (university, hospital, professional association)
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms or e-resources used in healthcare education
  • Ability to travel internationally across the APAC region

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams at conferences or workshops
  • Knowledge of usage data analysis for customer engagement
